Near to all amenities and is situated 6km from the beach, 2km north of Almancil and Quinta do Lago, 15 minutes from Faro airport. 5 minuite drive to major golf courses i.e. Pinherios Altos, Qunita do Lago, Vale do Lobo, 5 minutes to the market town of Loulé, restaurants, bars, night life, shops, waterslide parks, go-karting, water sports, horse-riding etc.

The apartment is wheelchair friendly. The bathroom includes handrails, shower is designed for wheelchair access.

Outside
The apartment has its own lawn and gardens with sunloungers, table and chairs. The pool is on an upper level with its shared lawn, garden, sunloungers, umbrella, swing, slide, built-in barbecue, pool 9.5m x 4m night lights terrace. This area is enclosed for the safety of children.

Coast/Beach
The beach is approximately 6km, 10 minutes drive.

Golf
Local golf courses include:
Quinta do Lago, Vale do lobo, Pinherios Altos, Villa sol, Villamoura all 5 minuite drive. Excellent courses,all 18 holes. The area is perhaps best know for its championship golf courses,some of the finest in Europe in most beautiful surroundings, enough to lift anyone's game.

Travel
15 minutes drive to Faro airport. Spanish border 30 minutes, Seville 2/3 hours, Lisbon 2 hours. 5 minute drive to the new stadium hosting the European football 2004.
