Terms, conditions and general Algarve villas information

The following terms and conditions apply to all Algarve villa rental properties
with Casa do Sol (Algarve Villas).

1. All reservations for properties made through Casa do Sol (Algarve Villas) must be made by email or fax.

2. Upon receipt of the reservation, and subject to availability, Casa do Sol Algarve will send by email or fax a confirmation of the reservation.

3. The confirmation will include details of clients requirements as requested:
A complete list of the number of guests. (Please note that when the client's party arrives, should there be any addition members, Casa do Sol reserves the right to refuse addmision to the property).

c. Name of property d. Dates of vacation
e. Client contact details
f. How we meet you at the airport, how to collect your car.
g. How to pay for your vacation.

4. Upon receipt of the confirmation, clients will be required, in 14 days to send the initial deposit of 20% of the value of the rental. Should the deposit not be received by us within 14 days Casa do Sol reserves the right to cancel the reservation and make available again.

5. The balance of the payment for the vacation rental shall be made 6 weeks before arrival date.
