Terms, conditions and General information
The
following terms and conditions apply to all rentals of properties with
Casa do Sol.
1.
All reservations for properties made through Casa do Sol must be
made by email or fax.
2. Upon receipt of the reservation,
and subject to availability, Casa do Sol will send by email or fax a confirmation
of the reservation.
3.
The confirmation will include details of clients requirements as requested:
A complete list of the number of guests. (Please note that when the client's
party arrives, should there be any addition members, Casa do Sol reserves
the right to refuse addmision to the property).
a. Dates of travel
b. Flight details
c. Name of property
d.
Dates of vacation
e. Client contact details
f. How we meet you at the
airport, how to collect your car.
g. How to pay for your vacation.
4.
Upon receipt of the confirmation, clients will be required, in 14 days
to send the initial deposit of 20% of the value of the rental. Should
the deposit not be received by us within 14 days Casa do Sol reserves
the right to cancel the reservation and make available again.
5.
The balance of the payment for the vacation rental shall be made 6 weeks
before arrival date.
6.
In the event of clients having to cancel a booking, even owing to causes
outside their control, the initial deposits not refundable, (if however
we can re-book other clients we will refund deposits).
7.
The cost of utilities, including electricity, gas and water are included
in the cost of the rental. (Pool heating is a chargeable extra) Local
telephone calls are free (if the property has a phone).
8.
We try to ensure that clients have a safe and enjoyable stay in the Algarve
but Casa do Sol cannot be held responsible for any accidents, injuries,
or damages involving or caused by clients during their stay at our properties
.(We strongly recomend clients take out holiday insurance).
9.
In the event of problems with,damage to,or breakages of property, clients
are kindly asked to inform us. This will enable us to correct the problem,
thus minimising any inconvenience to all clients.
10.
In
the event of substantial damage to a property, as a result of inadvertent
or deliberate action of clients, repair of such damage will be fully chargeable
to the clients account.
11.
If it is determined that clients are causing wilful or malicious damage
to a property or contents, clients will be requested to immediately vacate
the property, no refund will be made and rule 10 will apply.
